Boxing / Kickboxing

Most people find that cardio boxing and kickboxing classes are a pale imitation of the real thing. Classes crammed with students cannot possibly give you the individualized attention you need to progress quickly and safely. Our instructors are actual fighters and martial artists with unparalleled decades of experience, not just models going through the motions or trainers who have never fought in their lives. There is a difference! Through individualized attention and real drills, we teach you the fundamentals needed to learn practical self defense and get in the best shape of your life. We will also come to your home or building gym to train you, please inquire.

 

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

You will learn the fundamental skills of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with basic techniques for takedowns, position control, position escapes and submissions. As you progress in your training, you will also learn more advanced techniques and submissions. Practice with Carlos, a partner, or one of our grappling dummies for a non-contact workout. Carlos specializes in the rubber guard, an extremely effective technique in BJJ and definitely worth having in your BJJ arsenal. All lessons are tailored to your individual learning style and level so you will gain complete confidence and master each technique before progressing to the next.

Our personable and down-to-earth atmosphere will make you feel comfortable and right at home from day one! We can help you get the most out of your workouts by designing a training program and nutrition plan you enjoy and can stick with, tailored to your specific lifestyle and fitness goals.
