Class Details

We specialize in one-on-one training and our classes are very small so you will always get individualized attention. Since the pandemic, our schedule has become even more flexible and we will always try to arrange a time that is convenient for you. All ages, all levels of fitness are welcome. Our boxing and kickboxing lessons are focused on real and practical techniques taught in a way that is easy to understand and execute. You will learn how and why these techniques are used, instead of just going through the motions. Many classes in other gyms are are just too large for every student to get effective training and feedback, we focus on quality over quantity. A very effective method of training we use is to have an advanced student practice defense only with a newer student, who practices their offense. The new student gets to practice and perfect their punching technique without risk of being hit and gains confidence, while the advanced student learns the subtle art of defense: Slipping, blocking and evading punches that can only be gained through controlled sparring. This is a lot more fun and challenging than you think! The goal is for you to truly understand every aspect of the fighting arts so you will not only get into great shape, but also have the ability to defend yourself should the need arise. We have an amazing group of students, many who have become friends outside the club. After 30 years in business, we have built a little community that is our extended family. Sometimes, especially in this stressful age, you really need not only an intense workout but that great camaraderie with like minded people. We train together, we laugh together, and we help each other to become better in every way. We believe in being completely open and up front about our pricing with no hidden fees. Class Times:

Weekday Mornings, Monday thru Friday: Boxing/Kickboxing - 7:00am (To come in as late as 9:00am please call 212-965-9646 to schedule)

Weekday Evenings, Monday thru Friday: Boxing/Kickboxing - 5:30 pm or 6:30pm (2 classes, you can also come in as early as 3pm)

We’re flexible! If our class schedule doesn’t work for you, please call 212-965-9646 and we will find a time that works for you.

Saturday: Boxing/Kickboxing - 10:00am (Other times by appointment) Sunday: By appointment

Personal Training Sessions for strength, conditioning, boxing/kickboxing or Brazilian jiu jitsu: - Mornings or afternoons - Flexible, please call 212-965-9646 to schedule.

General Hours:

Weekdays: 6am - 10am and 3pm - 8pm (we are closed midday from 10am - 3pm unless you have an appointment).

Saturdays: 7am - 12 noon, other times by appointment Sundays: By appointment

Our members are always welcome to come in as long as we’re open!

Pricing:

Small Group Classes: $30 each, no additional membership fees.

Limited time offer: $250/month unlimited classes, must be paid in full in advance and no pausing or refunds on the monthly deal.

Personal One-On-One Training: $150 per 1 hour session - Great package discounts available!

Cash preferred, we also accept Venmo or Zelle.
