Weekday morning and evening classes at 7am, and 5:30pm, and 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Saturday class at 10am. Our class schedule is flexible, if 7am is too early you can come in as late as 9am, if you want a time other than the scheduled classes just give us a call at 212-965-9646 to reserve a time. Afternoons we are open from 3pm until 8pm. Weekends other than Saturday class by appointment. We’re happy to work our schedule around yours, just give us a call! Often considered a legendary best kept secret of the downtown community since 1994, we created our unique training atmosphere to be part boxing gym, part urban zen temple sanctuary with a nightclub vibe where you can train hard and also relax and unwind. A place take a little break from the everyday grind. We tend to attract outside-the-box independent thinkers like us who are looking for something a little different from the usual boxing or kickboxing class or big chain gym. Over the years, many of our clients have become family to us. We know the importance of maintaining a sense of humor and a positive outlook on life, and surrounding yourself with good people. And now more than ever, how essential it is to take care of your health and your body. We are fighters and survivors. Somehow, through hard work, sheer will, determination, wild creativity, a little luck and our amazing loyal clients, we are still in the fight like many other small businesses during these tough times. We can’t believe we’ve been doing this for 30 years, it has been a truly amazing journey. We train for life, and we welcome you to join us! We will do our best to accommodate your training needs and your schedule, and we would love to see everyone we miss and haven’t seen in a while, even if it’s just to say hello. We will try to keep the website and social media at least somewhat up to date, lol! Those of you who know us well understand we are old school but young and open minded.
